- Go to InformationLIVE
- Enter your username and password. If needed, contact Jim Holliman or June Cummings for assistance with logging in.
- Click Scheduling on the left side column.
- Click Sections
- Put your last name in the Primary Teacher field.
- Click Search at the bottom right.
- Find your class and Click on the section number. A pop-up window will appear.
- Click the Grades tab.
- Look in the PTN Column.
- H1 indicates that your student ONLY needs the first half of your course, which is only what is counting for the Term 1 Average.
- H2 indicates that your student ONLY needs the second half of your course, which is only what is counting for the Term 2 Average. If you have release conditions, you may have to remove them in order for the student to start in H2. H2 students should NOT have ANY points or grade in the Term 1 Average.
- F indicates that your student needs the Full Portion of your course, which means they must complete all assignments in the course unless they are a Transfer Student.
